How can I make my company appear first on search?
Currently the search engine sorts the results by the last activity registered. Which means you can get a higher position on the list with regular presence, activity and engagement.
So, don’t forget to login every once in a while to make sure you don’t miss out on any messages, connection requests and business opportunities.
What are tenders?
These are a special type of posts that let you announce business opportunities and deals. By putting something out to tender you’re asking others to make their best offers i.e. bid. Tenders are always public, which means everyone on the platform can see them.
Can I message a company I am not connected with?
No, you can’t. But you can send a message to a company you are not connected with a Connection Request alongside. Use this message to explain why you want to connect with them. E.g. new opportunity, responding to a tender, introducing your company etc.
Can I hide my profile visits from other companies?
No, you can’t. Because even if you don’t see a collaboration opportunity when you visit their profile, they might be able to see one and then contact you. The goal is to avoid missed opportunities.
What type of notifications do I get?

You get notified when:

  • someone sent you a connection request,
  • you receive a message,
  • somebody requests a reference for a company you are connected with,
  • a friend you invited has registered on the platform,
  • somebody shares your post, somebody comments on your post,
  • somebody mentions you in a post.

For each of these notifications you can choose to be notified via email.

Can others see my connections?
By default all connections on the platform are private, unless specified differently. However, you can change privacy settings with each connection separately. They will be sent a request which must be approved by them, otherwise the connection will remain private.
Can I add more than one location for my business?

Yes, you can add up to 4 different locations.

What types of files can I attach in the additional documents section?

Any Office document or PDF can be uploaded.

How to find new business partners?

Search per country, city, category, products/services, No. of Employees and keyword. These filters help you tailor your search to match your specific requirements. You can use them combined, or one by one.

How to engage with other businesses?

Direct messages are a great way to establish a rapport with your connections and keep the communication alive. Also, keep an eye on the Connections News and Public Feed where you can enter in discussions and comment on posts.

How to get in contact with a company?

Send them a connection request accompanied by a personal message to increase the chances of being accepted. Afterwards, you can easily write them a message and chat.

Is my profile public?

Yes, it is. Anyone on the platform can view your profile, except for the posts that are not set up as public. However, only your Connections can send you messages.

How many products/services can I list?

Although only 4 products/services appear with an image, you can add as much as you want.

How much does Enterprise League cost?

What is the right membership for my company?

It really depends on your needs and plans for the future. We suggest Free Membership to micro companies that are just starting, and Premium Membership to small and medium companies looking to grow.

Can I change or cancel my membership?

You are free to change or cancel your membership at any time. 

Switching between Free and Premium, and vice-versa is a piece of cake and doesn’t require additional costs.

Simply cancel your current membership plan (it will automatically save your end date), choose a new plan and your preferred payment method and option. The new membership plan will automatically begin after your previous plan expires.

What payment methods do you offer?

We accept payments with Credit and Debit Cards as well as PayPal payments.

When will my membership renew?

The day you purchase your Premium Membership becomes the first day of the billing period for it. Depending on the payment option you’ve chosen, you will be billed monthly on the same day or annually on the day your membership was activated.

What payment option do you offer?

You can choose to be billed monthly or annually for the Premium Membership. The latter comes with a 25% discount.

How can I update my payment information?

You can edit and update your chosen payment method at any time.
